Lucas Kuijper is the founder and CEO of Subduxion, previously served as Group Head of IT at Normec, a €2B+ TICC market leader backed by Astorg. There, he shaped and executed the digital strategy and managed 70+ acquisition integrations. With experience as IT Director, Cybersecurity Consultant at Capgemini, and having founded Egenix - a software development venture that honed his entrepreneurial edge in digital transformation. Lucas holds a Master’s in IT Management & Cybersecurity from Antwerp Management School, fueling a unique wealth of knowledge on IT systems, AI, and data science. His vision for Subduxion is to empower businesses with reliable, cutting-edge AI technologies.

Tom Collaris is Solution Engineer at Subduxion, where he bridges commercial goals with technical execution. He coordinates AI solution delivery and ensures seamless implementation across client projects. With a background in Commercial Economics and Digital Business, he combines analytical precision with a drive for continuous improvement - helping clients translate ambition into measurable progress.

Ali Güneş is Senior Machine Learning Engineer at Subduxion, where he applies advanced machine learning and MLOps expertise to build scalable, high-performance AI systems. With a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from Süleyman Demirel University and research experience at the Remote Sensing Laboratory of the University of Trento, he brings a deep academic foundation in machine learning, hyperspectral image classification, and computer vision. Ali’s passion lies in translating complex data challenges into intelligent, production-ready solutions.

Gijs van Loon is AI Integration Engineer at Subduxion, where he develops and implements AI-driven automation solutions for clients. He focuses on integrating machine learning and intelligent workflows into existing systems, ensuring reliable performance and smooth adoption across projects. With a background in AI integration and process automation, Gijs combines technical insight with a practical mindset, helping businesses unlock efficiency and value through scalable, real-world AI applications.

Mans is a software engineering intern at Subduxion, where he explores the development of AI driven tools and automation solutions. He supports the team in building and integrating intelligent systems that make processes smarter and more efficient.
