Who Blake is for
One shared representation of the part. The role decides which question comes first, not which product you open.
Estimator / calculator
Turns an incoming request into a price that can be defended. Blake proposes the structure and the calculation lines; the estimator reviews, edits and decides.
Manufacturing engineer / work preparation
Validates whether the assumed manufacturing approach holds: set-ups, process route, what a tolerance forces on top of the obvious operation. Detailed post-order routing, work instructions, planning and CAM are later scope.
Owner / director, operations manager
Wants decisions that hold up when the person who used to make them is unavailable, and calculation logic that is written down rather than carried in someone's head. Live capacity planning and automatic calibration are not part of this.
Commercial / account manager
Receives a reviewed outcome and owns the customer conversation and the eventual quote. Blake is not a CRM and does not replace the commercial system.
