What the drawing demands
A defence or dual-use part can combine demanding tolerances and materials with additional requirements around traceability, controlled technical data and qualified production. Export-control classification is not determined by the drawing alone. Technical characteristics from the drawing and 3D model may form part of that assessment, alongside the applicable control lists, end use, end user and destination. Quality assurance is often governed by contract, for example under NATO AQAP standards such as AQAP-2110, and confidentiality with restricted access is a typical condition for a controlled drawing.
What the model learns here
The model needs to preserve technical requirements and their context: which tolerance belongs to which feature, which material is specified, which quality or traceability requirement applies, and which restrictions have been provided with the request. Where technical characteristics may be relevant to export-control review, Blake can make those characteristics easier to inspect. Legal classification remains a separate compliance decision.
