Every part requires a sequence of manufacturing decisions: material, process, machine, setup, tooling, time and cost. Much of that knowledge still lives in experienced calculators, programmers and manufacturing engineers. Subduxion is building the intelligence layer that can learn and apply that knowledge to new parts.

Built from real manufacturing work

Our first models are developed from structured manufacturing data derived from real production history: geometry, requirements, materials, process choices, cycle times and other manufacturing observations.

Milling is our first process family. Wire and sink EDM is the next domain we are developing with specialist manufacturing partners.

We are a small team in Eindhoven working at the intersection of manufacturing, software and machine learning.

The challenge is to turn the knowledge used by experienced calculators, programmers and manufacturing engineers into models that can reason about new parts, without losing the physical constraints of manufacturing.
